Electric Vehicle Telematics with Clean Cities-Georgia
Sept 15 @ 11am
Clean Cities-Georgia and the U.S. Department of Energy are looking for cities and counties interested in data collection and telematics for the electric vehicles (EVs) in their fleets. Fleets and EVs of all sizes (light-, medium-, and heavy-duty) are all eligible for 18-24 months of free telematics support. Participants will have data loggers installed in their EVs at no cost, as well as free telematics and analysis of collected data. Data and analytics collected will inform a publicly-available national database to inform the next round of fleet electrification funding.

Network+Knowledge: Savings Performance Contracting
Sept 17 @ 11:30am
For ARC’s next Network+Knowledge, we’ll learn from expert stakeholders across industry, academia, and local government about one of the newest trends in energy efficiency: savings performance contracting. During this session, we’ll use a metro Atlanta context to dive into insights around the savings performance contracting process, and also discuss how policymakers can best encourage and incentivize these kinds of sustainability solutions at the local level. We’ll be joined by Dr. Jairo Garcia from Urban Climate Nexus and George Buchanan from 2KB Energy Services… you won’t want to miss it!

Network+Knowledge: Community-Based Composting in Metro Atlanta
Sept 24 @ 1:30pm
The metro Atlanta region is home to many urban farms and community gardens that provide nutrient-rich, sustainably-grown food for their communities. Key to their success and long-term sustainability is healthy soil. Community-based composting engages community members in diverting food waste and processing organic material while providing much needed soil amendments to local community agriculture organizations.

Network+Knowledge: Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Opportunities
Nov 17 @ 2pm
Join ARC, Clean Cities-Georgia and Georgia Power to discuss electric vehicle (EV) fleets, programs, and infrastructure opportunities in Georgia.
